Tribes and States - On sidis.net I e-mailed a copy of this book to previous owner Dan Mahony translated to Spanish. He has since passed away and the website is being run by one of his relatives. The link was broken for a bit, but the new owner has corrected the link. Unfortunately, the book was corrupted online so I uploaded it to archive.org. The best version is online here. It correctly interprets the Spanish characters, unlike the archive.org version. It's also in HTML so you can click the links to go to each chapter. I have taken a college-level Spanish class and passed, plus I'm fluent so I think this is a good translation. Google Translate is pretty good at translating English to European languages. Recently, the book has also been translated to Greek.
